Features, workflows, and availability may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
4. No investment advice or advisory relationship
CompounderOS is intended to provide general research information and workflow support. It does not provide personalized investment advice tailored to any user’s investment objectives, financial situation, or needs through the public site or standard web client.
Nothing in the service creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or portfolio-management relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
- Use the service only for lawful personal or internal research and workflow purposes.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, its data, or its infrastructure.

6. User content, submissions, and feedback
You retain rights in notes, prompts, custom questions, and other material you submit through the service.
By submitting material, you grant CompounderOS a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, back up, and display that material as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful and that you have the right to submit it.
7. Intellectual property
Except for user-submitted material and third-party rights, the service interface, branding, software, workflow structure, and related original content belong to CompounderOS or its licensors.
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of any CompounderOS intellectual property to you.
8. Availability and security
The service is provided on an as-available basis. CompounderOS may perform maintenance, modify features, revoke sessions, or take protective action in response to abuse, outages, or security incidents.
CompounderOS may use reasonable safeguards to protect the service, but uninterrupted access and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service may include information, analysis, workflow summaries, or model-generated output that is incomplete, stale, delayed, provisional, or inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
